REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these.
Orders approved for exchanges will be given an online store credit only with no exceptions. Please note if an item is sent back for an exchange and free shipping was received, a $12 shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit.
Exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered or washed, and with all tags still attached. For hygienic reasons, all swimwear, bodysuits, undergarments, jewelry and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Footwear exchanges must include the original box in its original condition. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee.

Please keep in mind that Cattivo is not responsible for normal wear and tear on an items. Once the tag is removed, we are no longer responsible for any damages that occur to that item.
