Online Return Policy
Full priced merchandise purchased online may be shipped back within 14 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or store credit. All items must be received in unworn and otherwise pristine condition with all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

In Store Return Policy
Full priced merchandise purchased at any of our physical locations, excluding Nantucket, is eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. All items must be returned in unworn and otherwise pristine condition with all original tags attached. A copy of the original receipt must also be provided. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment and can take up to 10 business days, depending on the processing speed of the credit card company.
Nantucket Store Return Policy
Due to the brevity of our season, refunds are not permitted. Full price merchandise purchased in our Nantucket store may be returned within 10 days for exchange or store credit only, provided the items are in unworn and otherwise pristine condition with all original tags attached. A copy of the original receipt must also be provided.
Online and all Store Locations
For hygienic reasons, all swimwear, bodysuits, undergarments, jewelry and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Footwear exchanges must include the original box in its original condition. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these.
Please keep in mind that Cattivo is not responsible for normal wear and tear on an items. Once the tag is removed, we are no longer responsible for any damages that occur to that item.
